White Star Line Abstract of Log Cards

The Abstract of Log is an extract from the official log book from the ships of the White Star Line. It generally includes the vessel, the route taken, the date of departure, and a recap by date during the trip of the miles, latitude, longitude, and remarks (typically weather encountered). The Abstract of Log card was provided as a souvenir of the voyage and passed out at the journey's end.
