O'Day 27 II Yacht: Winning Racer. A Leisurely Cruiser. (1975)
Sometimes you want to race. Sometimes you just want to relax and cruise. The O'Day 27 yacht will suit all your sailing moods.
She's fast, beautiful and comfortable. Only Alan Gurney could have designed this graceful combination.
Only O'Day craftsmanship could construct this superior yacht, for less than you'd believe.
The O'Day 27 yacht has been winning races since she first set sail 3 seasons ago. But, O'Day can't resist perfecting her.
Last year we modified the keel to improve control and stability.
Her new raised tiller and balanced space rudder made her faster and easier than ever to handle.
The 1976 improvements are inside. A new aft galley now stretches across the beam near the main companionway.
The cook will enjoy more space, and save steps serving the cockpit crew too. New seat stowage in the cockpit will keep gear handy for the skipper.
The O'Day 27 yacht sleeps 5 in roomy berths. She has all the comforts that make long cruises a pleasure.
Full head room, large galley, folding dining table, fully enclosed head, abundant storage space, bright and well ventilated, optional shower and inboard engine.
The best surprise in an O'Day 27 yacht is the standard equipment list. Main, jib, bow pulpit, winches, 4" berth cushions are just some of the standard equipment included in our sail away price.
